Colleen Voss

Colleen Voss currently serves as a Vocational Coordinator at Crossroads Community Inc since September 2022, building on a strong background in vocational support roles. Prior experience includes working as a Vocational Specialist at MidShore ACT Team from June 2019 to October 2022, and as a DORS Employment Specialist at Benedictine Adult Services between July 2016 and May 2019, where Colleen developed and facilitated an Employment Resource Center. Additional roles in the field include serving as an Employment Specialist at Benedictine Adult Programs and Services and a Special Education Assistant with the Plainfield Community Consolidated School District #202. Colleen Voss holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an Associate's degree in English from Scott Community College.
