Kathleen Karigan

Kathleen Karigan, Ph.D., is an experienced therapist currently working at Crossroads Counseling Center since July 2015. Prior to this role, Kathleen served as the Director of Guidance and Counseling at Westminster Christian Academy in St. Louis from August 2008 to July 2015, and as the Coordinator of Learning Specialists and Lower School Counselor at Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School from August 2000 to May 2008. Kathleen holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Counseling, Counseling Supervision, and Counseling Education from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, which was completed from 2008 to 2015, and a Master of Education (MEd) in the Education/Teaching of Individuals with Specific Learning Disabilities from the University of Missouri-Columbia, earned from 1972 to 1976.
