Kathy Meadows possesses extensive experience in leadership and human behavior consulting. Currently serving as an Emeritus Minister and Minister of Life Development at Crossroads Fellowship since February 1993, Kathy also operates as a Licensed Next Level Leadership consultant for Next-Level Leadership Coaching, focusing on building high-performance ministry teams. Additionally, Kathy has been a Certified Human Behavior Consultant with Uniquely You since December 2000, emphasizing the DISC Model of Human Behavior and the four temperament types. Kathy's earlier career includes serving as an Office Manager for the Federal Bureau of Investigation from August 1975 to June 1985. Educational pursuits include studies at the University of Virginia and Northern Virginia Community College, ongoing since 1980.
