Michael Kraig Beeck

Michael Kraig Beeck is an accomplished Assistant Restaurant Manager and Bar Manager at Catering with Culinary Artists since March 2013, with responsibilities including staff performance management, event planning, and cocktail creation. In addition to culinary roles, Michael has extensive experience as a bassist, performing on various North American tours for productions such as "A Bronx Tale," "Finding Neverland the Musical," and "Shrek the Musical." Michael has also toured Asia with Troika Entertainment for "Sister Act the Musical." A freelance bassist for Sheboygan Theatre Company from 2006 to 2016, Michael participated in numerous musicals. Notably, Michael was a member/substitute for Sheboygan Symphony Orchestra and served in the pit orchestra for the Utah Shakespearean Festival. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work, Sociology, and Music from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and previously studied Music Performance and Music Education at Lakeland University.
