Nat Baker

Nat Baker has a diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to present. Currently, Nat holds the role of Business Data Analyst and IT Director at Crossroads of America Council, Boy Scouts of America starting from July 2020. Prior to this, Nat was a Business Data Analyst at the same organization from April 2020 to July 2020. From 2017 to 2020, Nat worked as the Associate Director of Philanthropy - Indiana Chapter at The Nature Conservancy. Nat's work experience also includes various roles at Crossroads of America Council, Boy Scouts of America, such as District Director, Field Director, Senior District Executive, and District Executive, from 2004 to 2017. Additionally, Nat has experience in interpretive signs contracting and visitor services volunteering at Browns Park National Wildlife Refuge in 2004, and as a Visitor Services and Outdoor Recreation Intern at Browns Park National Wildlife Refuge in 2003. In 2002, Nat worked as a Park Guide at Wind Cave National Park.

Nat Baker attended Ball State University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Management.
