Emily Shope

Emily Shope has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Emily started their career as a Student Worker at Eastern Kentucky University in 2018. Following that, they worked as a Sales Associate at Kendra Scott from 2018 to 2021. In 2020, they took on the role of a Technical Recruiter at Gentis Solutions, where they developed recruiting strategies and sourced top talent. Emily also worked as a Sales Associate at Kendra Scott again from 2020 to 2021. In 2022, they became a Recruiter at Pillar4 Media, where they delivered a best-in-class people leader and candidate experience. Currently, they are the Volunteer Engagement Director at Crossroads Church.

Emily Shope attended Eastern Kentucky University from 2017 to 2020. During this time, they pursued a degree in Psychology, focusing on Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Additionally, they also pursued a degree in Sociology during the same period, although the specific field of study for this degree is unknown.
