Charlie Burke

Charlie Burke is an experienced ministry leader currently serving as the Executive Ministry Director at Exponential since January 2022 and as Co-Campus Pastor at Crossway Baptist Church since April 2018, where leadership development and church planting efforts have been prioritized alongside collaboration with a spouse. Previous roles include Chair of the Board at YouthVision, Spiritual Leadership Catalyst at Churches of Christ NSW, and several positions at Alpha Australia, including Ambassador to Emerging Leaders and National Youth Alpha Lead. Contributions also include serving as Associate Minister at Pathways Community Church and Ministry Service Officer at Australian College of Ministries. Educational qualifications encompass a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from the University of Sydney and various other degrees in social science and community development.
