Ian Williams

Ian Williams is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Recruiter at Liberty University since April 2024 and as the Assistant Director of Recruitment for Crossworld since November 2021. Prior positions include roles as a Recruiter and Youth Director at Westside Bible Fellowship and Recruiting Manager at Robert Half, where Ian co-launched a team for direct hire placements and facilitated over 100 candidate placements. Ian's career also includes serving as a Staffing Manager at Robert Half and a Graduate Student Success Representative at Moody Bible Institute. Ian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Preaching from Moody Bible Institute and an honors diploma from Sherwood High School.
