Melissa White

Melissa H. White, MPA, HS-BCP, currently serves as the Executive Director of CMF Kids at the Crotched Mountain Foundation since July 2021. In addition, Melissa operates MHWHITE Consulting as an Independent Consultant focusing on health and human services, emphasizing strategic planning, business operations, and program implementation. Previous roles include Deputy Director at the Pediatric Therapy Center and significant leadership positions at Crotched Mountain Foundation, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Program Officer, overseeing various programs and services. Melissa also held the Vice President of Community and Affiliate Services role at Venture Community Services, managing a substantial service division, and has experience in residential services and quality assurance. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Public Administration from Anna Maria College, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Becker College, and an Associate of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from Community College of Vermont.
