Will Caldwell

Will Caldwell has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Will is currently serving as the Regional VP of Business Development for Northern California and Nevada at Crothall Laundry Services. In this role, they lead sales and business development for the West Region, focusing on reducing healthcare-associated infections, waste, and costs.

Prior to their current position, Will worked as the Director of Business Development at Intelligent Medical Objects from April 2019 to November 2023. Before that, they were a Product Sales Executive at Mindray from June 2018 to April 2019. Will also worked as a Product Sales Specialist at GE Healthcare from August 2015 to April 2018.

Early in their career, Will gained experience at Cardinal Health. Will initially completed a 1 Year Sales Development Program and was promoted to a Field Sales Consultant and Region Team Lead from June 2012 to July 2015. Will also served as a Business Development Specialist from October 2011 to June 2012, where they focused on developing critical skills in leadership and critical thinking.

Will Caldwell graduated from Illinois State University in 2011 with a degree in Business. Will also obtained additional certifications, including Solution Sales and The Step-by-Step Guide to Building your Thought Leadership on LinkedIn from LinkedIn. Additionally, they hold an Accredited In Medical Sales certification from HIDA.
