David Mason MD FACEP FAAEM DipABLM serves as the Medical Director and Chief of Emergency Services at Crouse Hospital, overseeing approximately 45,000 patients annually in the main emergency department and 40,000 patients in the fast track service. Mason is also the Founder and Medical Director of 4335 S Salina Health Services PLLC, a free medical clinic supported by volunteers. Additionally, Mason acts as an Expert Physician Reviewer for malpractice cases and has previously held positions as Interim Medical Director of Emergency Services at Community Memorial Hospital and as an Emergency Medicine Physician at multiple organizations, including Piedmont Emergency Medicine Associates. Military experience includes serving in the Army National Guard, deploying to Iraq, and achieving the rank of Major. Mason earned a Doctor of Medicine from UMass Chan Medical School and a Bachelor of Science in Preprofessional Studies from the University of Notre Dame.
