Garth Erdossy

Garth Erdossy is a Senior Managing Director for the California Division of Trammell Crow Residential, the multifamily development company of Crow Holdings. Based in Carlsbad, he is responsible for managing all aspects of the business within the region including site selection and acquisition, team building, securing project entitlements, project design, construction oversight, management of all development-related activities, and project capitalization.

Garth was President and Managing Partner for GLJ Partners, a Southern California-based multifamily development and construction company, which he co-founded in 2007 with Leonard Wood. Garth and his partners at GLJ merged the company with TCR in July 2012
