Randy Vargo

Randy Vargo is a Regional VP, of Multifamily Trammell Crow Residential, the multifamily development company of Crow Holdings. In his current role, Randy is responsible for underwriting the construction costs for all TCR projects in Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Washington State, Oregon, and Utah. He also leads efforts in strengthening relationships with local subcontractors, vendors, and general contractors as well as serving as a resource for equity and debt partners involved with TCR projects.
