Sue O’Bannon

Sue O’Bannon is a Chief Financial Officer at Trammell Crow Residential, the multifamily development company of Crow Holdings, where she oversees debt and equity financing for TCR’s new developments in the Western region of the United States.

Sue has been involved in real estate for over 25 years in a variety of roles, primarily focused on financing and managing real estate assets. Upon joining TCR in 2004, Sue started in the Southern California division, with responsibility for obtaining construction loans and equity for new developments and asset management of existing assets. In 2007, her territory was extended to the west coast and in 2010, Denver and Dallas were added.
