Will Mundinger

Will Mundinger is a founding partner and Senior Managing Director in the Industrial Group of Crow Holdings Development. He is responsible for leading CHD’s industrial development business in the South Central and Southeast regions of the United States, overseeing site selection, predevelopment, consultant coordination, and construction. Since joining CHD in 2022, Will has gained extensive experience in development, entitlements, financing, acquisitions/dispositions, financial structuring, and underwriting.

Prior to joining CHD, Will was with Cousins Properties in Dallas where he focused on mixed-use development projects. Will earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and lives in Dallas with his wife and three children. Will is active in the community and a member of several organizations including The Real Estate Council, University of Texas Real Estate Finance & Investment Center, and The Salesmanship Club of Dallas.
