Mark Maydon has worked for a number of companies since 1995. Mark's career began at Outlook Press as Editor, Racing and Football Outlook. Mark then moved to The Sun, News International, where they held the role of Racing Editor from 1996. In 2000, they became Internet Director at News Network, before taking on the role of Head of Development (The Sun) and Digital Director at News Group Newspapers in 2001. In 2006, they joined Sports Betting Media Ltd. as Digital Director, subsequently Acting Managing Director. That same year, they also took on the roles of Business Affairs Director and Commercial Director at Sporting Index Group, and Consultant at Sky. In 2016, they became Founder of Amella Ltd., as well as Director at Crowd Connected, where they are pioneering a new generation of location intelligence.
Mark Maydon attended Radley College from 1984 to 1989 and then the University of Cambridge from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a Master of Arts in Land Economy.
