Maryanne Leach

Maryanne Leach has extensive experience in quality assurance and content management, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Specialist and Content Manager at Crowd Content since October 2018. In this role, Maryanne oversees a team that manages administrative support for leadership and content managers, handling tasks such as revenue reporting, high-risk account investigations, and freelancer issue resolutions. Prior experience includes roles as a Production Assistant and Content-Copy Editor at Riverchase Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, as well as Patient Service Representative positions at St. Thomas Heart and an Insurance/Retail Pharmacy. Maryanne began their career as a Certified Pharmacy Technician. Educationally, Maryanne holds an Associate of Science degree in Surgical Technology from Volunteer State Community College and Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College.
