Patricia Galán de Castro

Patricia Galán de Castro has had a diverse range of work experiences in the field of design and user experience. Patricia is currently the Head of Product Design at CrowdFarming, where they oversee the design process for the company's products. Prior to this, Patricia worked as the Coordinadora del Curso de Diseño de Interacción at LA NAVE NODRIZA, where they were responsible for coordinating the interaction design course. Patricia also served as the Chapter Lead at Ladies that UX Madrid, where they led the local chapter and organized events. At Telefónica, they held several roles, including UX Design Lead at Wayra Builder, where they focused on capturing and validating disruptive ideas to turn them into startups, and helping Telefónica's startup ecosystem validate their products/services. Patricia also worked as a Senior User Experience Designer at Telefónica CX and Fast Track Funnel. In addition to their corporate roles, Patricia has also mentored students at LA NAVE NODRIZA and worked as a Formadora at EAE Business School. Patricia has teaching experience as a Profesora at FICTIZIA and has worked as a Senior User Experience Designer at Tuenti and Globant. Patricia's career began as a User Experience Designer & Product Manager at Infoempleo.
