Su Johnston

Su Johnston has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2004, they worked at Watchfire as a New Business Development representative until 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they worked at Dynamic Leadership, focusing on New Business Development. In 2007, they briefly worked at Aprimo UK, specializing in ISO Optimization on a contract basis. Starting in 2008, Su co-founded Grace & Flavour CIC, a community vegetable garden cooperative, where they volunteered until the present. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at Kennet Partners as a Marketing professional, responsible for running marketing and communication programs. In 2012, Su established their own retail company as an Owner Manager. Their entrepreneurial journey continued in 2020 when they co-founded BlueBird. In 2021, they joined Garwood Solutions as a Marketing & Sales Associate. Currently, Su works at Crowdfunder as a Partnerships Manager, collaborating with local government and funders to explore matchfunding opportunities for community crowdfunding projects.

Su Johnston attended the Institute of Direct Marketing from 2002 to 2003, where they obtained a Diploma in Interactive & Direct Marketing. Prior to that, from 1979 to 1981, they attended St Clare's College, Oxford, although the degree obtained and field of study are not specified.
