Jennifer Roy Wincey

Jennifer Roy Wincey began their career at Merrill Lynch as an Executive Marketing Assistant and eventually became the Administration Manager, overseeing a significant amount of assets under administration. Jennifer then went on to work at JRW Consulting as the Owner, specializing in business planning and organizational structure. Jennifer also held various roles at Research In Motion, focusing on business improvement, process delivery, and strategic planning. Currently, Jennifer is the VP of People, Culture & IT at CrowdRiff, where Jennifer has implemented HR functions aligned with corporate objectives and employee needs.
