Suzanne Jackson Int.Dip(AML) has a wealth of experience in customer service and quality assurance. Suzanne began their career in 2008 as a Customer Service Team Leader with Community Building Services (CBS) Ltd. In 2010, they moved to CBS as a Contact Centre Manager. In 2011, they joined ODM Ltd as a Quality Assurance Manager, and in 2017 they became the Head of Customer Service at Crowdstacker.
Suzanne Jackson has attended Stanborough School. In March 2020, they obtained an International Diploma in Anti Money Laundering from the International Compliance Association.
