Zach Robins is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, focusing on investment opportunities and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at CrowdStreet since January 2024, Zach Robins plays a pivotal role in negotiating real estate investment agreements and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Formerly a Senior Counsel at Circle, Zach Robins advised on various financial products, managed regulatory relations, and contributed to IPO documentation. Previous positions include Shareholder at Messerli & Kramer P.A., where Zach Robins specialized in private placements, and an Associate at Winthrop & Weinstine, where over $500 million in transactions were facilitated.
