Pernille Achton Friis

Pernille Achton Friis is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Lead Counsel at CrowdStrike since April 2024. Prior to this role, Pernille held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel at Snowflake from May 2019 to April 2024 and served as Corporate Counsel at Marketo, an Adobe Company, from July 2018 to April 2019. Additionally, Pernille worked as Legal Counsel at McAfee from February 2014 to July 2018 and as Attorney at Law at IBM from November 2012 to January 2014. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate and Commercial Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as completing the New York Bar Exam and QLTS from Central Law Training and Kaplan Law School, respectively.
