Jennifer Leonard, PHR has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Jennifer currently holds the position of Vice President, Talent Strategy at Crowley, where they are responsible for developing and implementing talent strategies. Prior to this, they worked as the Global Leader of Talent Acquisition at Crowley.

Before joining Crowley, Jennifer worked at Newfold Digital as the Sr. Director, HR Business Partner and Sr. Director, Global Talent Acquisition. At The Adecco Group, they held the role of VP, Global Head of Talent Management at Pontoon Solutions and Director, Talent Acquisition at Adecco Staffing.

Jennifer's earlier experience includes roles at Adecco Group as Director, HR Business Partner, and at Acosta as Vice President, Human Resources & Talent Acquisition and Director, Talent Acquisition. Jennifer also worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida as an Executive Staffing Consultant & Sr. Project Consultant - Talent Management.

Jennifer's career in human resources began at Prudential Financial, where they served as the Associate Manager Talent Acquisition. Overall, they have a proven track record in talent management and talent acquisition, making their a valuable asset in the HR field.

Jennifer Leonard, PHR, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of North Florida. Additionally, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification in 2014 from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
