Andrew Thompson

Andrew Thompson ACA is an experienced accounting professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager and previously as a Senior Accountant at CrowleysDFK since 2019, Andrew has also held the role of Senior Accountant at MC2 Accountants from 2018 to 2019 and worked as a Tax Specialist and Tax Assistant at PwC Ireland from 2014 to 2017. Earlier professional experience includes a Plant Accountant position at Kerry as part of a Bachelor of Commerce degree placement, as well as clerical roles at the Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection and the Department of Justice and Equality. Andrew began a career in retail as a Sales Assistant at The SPAR Group Ltd from 2009 to 2011. In terms of education, Andrew is set to complete studies in Project Management and Leadership and Management through the UCD Professional Academy and obtained the Chartered Accountant designation from Chartered Accountants Ireland. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Cork, complemented by education from CBS The Green Tralee.
