Todd Lytle

Todd Lytle is an accomplished retail management professional with extensive experience in multi-store leadership and operational excellence. Currently serving as General Manager at Crown Ace Hardware since July 2020, Todd oversees stores across California, Arizona, and Hawaii. Previously, as a Multi Store Manager at Ace Hardware Corporation from January 2017 to November 2019, Todd collaborated with store owners to enhance profitability and developed training programs for staff and leadership. Todd’s earlier roles include District Manager and Business Consultant at Ace Hardware from August 2007 to January 2016 and Regional Manager at Big 5 Sporting Goods from August 1985 to August 2005, where Todd focused on personnel development and training. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Iowa State University.
