Ibukun Emmanuel FBCS, MBA Fin. Cert.IoD, CISI IOC, serves as the VP - Senior Cyber & IT Risk Manager (Operational Resilience) at Crown Agents Bank since April 2023, overseeing technology and information security third-party risks, and leading the drafting of key operational policies. Ibukun founded The Ladder Back Down in January 2020, providing mentorship to BAME individuals pursuing professional careers. Previous experience includes roles as a cybersecurity advisor for boards in the EMEA region, an interim fraud and cybersecurity risk consultant at the Department for Work and Pensions, and various senior positions in cybersecurity and information technology across notable organizations. Educated at Cardiff Metropolitan University with an MBA in Finance, Ibukun also holds multiple certifications from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and the Institute of Directors.
