Rachel Jennings

Rachel Jennings is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in various roles within the public sector. Currently serving as Category Lead for Application Development and Business Applications at Crown Commercial Service since September 2019, Rachel previously held positions at Defra as ICT Category Lead and Senior ICT Category Manager from October 2014 to September 2019. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Natural England as Procurement Principal Specialist and Team Leader, and a role as Procurement Manager at English Nature. Rachel began their career as a Buyer at Horatio Myer & Co Ltd and as a Junior Buyer at DBC Foodservice Ltd. Rachel holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Derby and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (MCIPS).
