Veerendra Khatawkar

Veerendra Khatawkar has over 25 years of professional experience. Veerendra is currently the Director of Crown Enterprises. Prior to this, they served as Service Head - Senvion Wind Technology at Senvion from 2018 to 2020. From 2007 to 2018, they were General Manager (Repairs) and General Manager Service Operations at Vestas. Veerendra was responsible for heading repair localization India, managing two repair units, and taking care of project development issues and closures. Before that, they worked at Tata Motors from 1995 to 2007, where they held the role of Divisional Manager. In this role, they were responsible for sheet metal press-hop operations, failure analysis in the technical cell, coordinating customer surveys, and handling training management.

Veerendra Khatawkar completed their 12th Std from Govt SJJM High School Byadgi in 1984, followed by a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Govt SJJM Jr College Byadgi between 1984 and 1986. Veerendra then earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Govt BDT College of Engineering Davangere between 1987 and 1990. Veerendra also has additional certifications, such as Behavioral safety from DOPONT in 2009, TBEM (TATA BUSINES EXCELLENCY MODEL) from TATA MANAGEMENT TRAINING CENTER in 2001, 6 SIGMA BLACK BELT from GE TRAINING in 1998, and Tool Design & Drawing - NTTF Bangalore from NTTF in 1992.
