Clare Collard

Clare Collard is a seasoned professional in external affairs and public policy, currently serving as Head of External Affairs & Policy at The Crown Estate since September 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Public Affairs & Community and Head of Stakeholder & Public Affairs at The Crown Estate. Clare's career also encompasses positions as Local & Regional Government Liaison Manager at Thames Water and Operations Volunteer during the 2015 General Election for The Conservative Party. Earlier in career, Clare worked at the House of Commons, where responsibilities included Head of Office and Caseworker for Rt Hon Justine Greening MP, as well as serving as Committee & Member Services Officer at Elmbridge Borough Council.
