Oliver Smith

Oli Smith joined The Crown Estate in 2008, and sits on the Group Leadership Team as Executive Director of Operations.

In this role, Oli oversees The Crown Estate’s Change programme and works closely with the Chief Executive Officer to deliver the organization's strategy. He is also responsible for a number of group functions including HSE and Wellbeing; Security and Resilience; Legal, and Risk and Assurance.

Previously, Oli was Head of the St James's portfolio, totalling c.4m sq ft of retail, office and residential space. He was responsible for delivery of the St James's portfolio's strategy, including our regeneration programme to enhance and refine the area, and preserve its important three hundred year heritage.

Oli was formerly from Jones Lang LaSalle and has a First in Real Estate Management from Nottingham Trent University.
