Sarah Giles

Sarah Giles is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organisational development, culture engagement, and diversity leadership. Currently serving as the Organisational Development Manager and Culture Engagement and Diversity Lead at Crown Infrastructure Delivery Ltd since December 2022, Sarah also operates as a consultant for S.G. Consulting Ltd. Previous positions include General Manager of Operations and Shared Services and General Manager of Corporate Services at Southern Response, where Sarah was instrumental in change management and system development. With a background in various roles spanning from business analysis to team leadership across companies such as AMI Insurance Company, Christchurch City Council, IAG, and State Insurance, Sarah has consistently demonstrated expertise in business process improvement and operational management. Education was completed at Hillmorton High School.
