Chef Mel Bercadez

Chef Mel Bercadez is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in executive chef roles at Trogon's Perch and Crown Regency Hotels & Resorts since early 2024 and April 2023, respectively. With a strong operational background, Chef Bercadez has also excelled as a restaurant operations manager at Hideout and held positions at Dole Food Company, Ecopark Resort, and kaaya resort northside, where skills in pre-opening procedures were developed. Previous roles include senior sous chef at The Rosepike Boracay North and senior chef partie at Matinloc Resort. Chef Bercadez holds a degree in hotel and restaurant management from Hercor College, specializing in food preparation and professional cooking.
