Anouk Guignard

Anouk Guignard has a diverse range of work experience in procurement and strategic sourcing roles. Anouk is currently working at Crown Resorts as the Head of Procurement - Food & Beverage, where they are responsible for overseeing procurement operations in that specific category. Prior to that, they worked at BWX Limited as a Strategic Sourcing Manager, where they developed and implemented a group-wide sourcing plan and conducted supply risk assessments. Anouk also has experience at The Kraft Heinz Company as a Category Manager, responsible for managing finish goods in the seafood category globally and the ANZ market for sauces, condiments, quick meals, and dairy. Anouk has also worked as a Sourcing Manager at Tesco PLC, where they managed procurement for commodities and packaging for the UK market and Tesco Central Europe. Additionally, Anouk has experience as a Procurement Specialist at Saint-Gobain, where they managed procurement for packaging and indirects. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong skills in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and cost optimization.

Anouk Guignard has a strong educational background with a focus on business and management. In 2014-2015, they obtained a Master's degree Bac+5 in Global Procurement Management from KEDGE Business School. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in International Business Management at iaelyon School of Management in 2013-2014. In 2012-2013, they received their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from iaelyon School of Management. Anouk's education journey began in 2010-2012 when they studied International Business, Trade & Commerce at Lycée Ampere and earned a BTS Commerce International degree. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in wine and spirit education, including the WSET Level 3 with Distinction in 2022 and the WSET Level 2 with Distinction in 2020.
