Belinda Worrell

Belinda Worrell has a diverse work experience in compliance and risk management. Belinda currently serves as the Head of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs at Crown Resorts since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Compliance (AMLCO & Privacy Officer) at Avenue Bank from January 2021 to May 2023, where they focused on establishing compliance frameworks. Belinda also has experience as a Compliance & Risk Consultant, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at Navy Health, Director-Enterprise Risk A&NZ at Custom Fleet, and Senior Business Compliance Leader A&NZ at GE Capital. Belinda began their career as a Compliance Manager and Credit Manager at General Motors Acceptance Corporation Australia.

Belinda Worrell completed their education with a Graduate Certificate in Compliance Management from the Governance Risk and Compliance Institute in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from Deakin University in 2008. In 2007, Belinda also received a Certificate IV in Training and Workplace Assessment from the Australian Institute of Management. Lastly, they completed an Advanced Diploma in Asia-Pacific Marketing from North Shore Institute of Technology in 1997.
