Julius Santos is an experienced culinary professional currently working as a Line Cook at SAGA NYC and Crown Shy since October and August 2021, respectively. Previously, Julius completed an externship at Rich Table in 2020. Prior to a culinary career, Julius held various roles at Enterprise Holdings, including Regional Operations Supervisor, Branch Manager, Station Manager, Assistant Manager, and Management Trainee, overseeing operations across multiple locations. Additionally, Julius served as House Manager at the University of California at San Diego and completed an internship in the Editing Department at NBC Universal. Julius holds an Associate of Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts with an emphasis in Film and Digital Cinema from UC San Diego.
