Jonelle Kerins has a diverse background in property management and customer service, with significant experience in administrative operations and resident services. Currently serving as Business Service Manager and previously as Operations Associate at Crowne Partners Inc. since July 2017, Jonelle has managed comprehensive office operations for a large property and facilitated communication between residents and management. Prior roles include Support Specialist at Arlington Properties, Inc., and various positions in leasing and administrative roles at The Habitat Company, Chance Partners, LLC, and American Campus Communities. Jonelle previously excelled in retail management as an Assistant Store Manager at Foot Locker, where notable achievements included recruitment, training, and inventory oversight.
