Esther Kosmella

Esther Kosmella is an experienced clinical project management professional with a career spanning over a decade in the clinical research field. Currently serving as Team Lead Clinical Project Management and Deputy Teamlead Project Management at CRS Clinical Research Services since December 2022, Esther has been with CRS Clinical Research Services Berlin GmbH since August 2015, where the role of Clinical Project Manager has been held. Prior experience includes positions at BIOTRONIK from April 2012 to July 2015 as an inhouse Clinical Research Associate II and I, and a role as a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) at Pfizer from 2011 to 2012. Esther holds a Master of Science in Clinical Trial Management from the University of Applied Science, Beuth Hochschule Berlin, earned between 2009 and 2011, and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Technology from Hochschule Anhalt, completed from 2005 to 2008.
