Ken D.

Ken D. began their career in 2009 as a Service Desk Analyst for Ruby Tuesday, Inc., where they interacted with users and vendors to provide technical support for the company's systems. Ken also provided remote troubleshooting of network connectivity issues, and ran SQL procedures against a Sybase database to update POS system settings, backup restaurants database when automated backups fail, and rollover unit's database server to a backup server when their primary server fails. In 2011, Ken joined CRS Data as a Database Programmer and Data Analyst. In this role, they analyzed incoming data and data structures, created and modified complex queries and scripts to import, cleanse and manipulate data, and designed, developed and documented complex SSRS reports, functions, procedures, indexes, triggers, and jobs to automate processes or improve QA processes.

Ken D. attended Pellissippi State CC from 2008 to 2009, where they earned an A.A.S. in Computer Science.
