Carla Culverhouse

Carla Culverhouse has extensive experience in customer service and transportation roles. Currently, Carla serves as a Customer Service Representative at CRST, INC. since January 2021. Previously, Carla worked as a Service Dispatcher at NAL Group from July 2016 to July 2021. Carla's background also includes significant experience as a School Bus Driver at First Student from August 2011 to May 2016, where responsibilities included transporting students and supervising them during rides, and as a Bus Aide for the Buffalo Board of Education from August 2007 to July 2011, ensuring student safety while boarding and alighting the bus. Carla holds a New York Regents degree in Communication and Media Studies from the Buffalo Academy of Visual and Performing Arts, obtained from 1996 to 2000.
