Jessica Heiner has over 15 years of professional experience in sales operations and analysis. Jessica began their career in 2004 at Keds USA, where they held the roles of Manager - Sales Planning, Operations & Analysis, Manager Sales Planning, and Sales Analyst. In this role, they developed and executed sales strategy as part of the sales leadership team and collaborated with finance, marketing, product, and merchandising teams to ensure strategy execution. Jessica also directly managed the Sales Operations Team and Customer Service Team. In 2019, Jessica moved on to Crucial Learning, where they held the roles of Director Sales Operations and Senior Manager Sales Operations.
Jessica Heiner holds a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University.
