John M has over 30 years of experience in sales and business development. John began their career in 1990 as a Sales Team Leader at Mity-Lite. John then moved to NACT in 1998, where they served as a Senior Sales Executive/Global Partner Enablement for 8 years. During their tenure at NACT, they achieved top salesperson awards and produced $40M+ in revenue. In 2008, they joined Crucial Learning as the VP of Global, where they work to remove barriers and craft solutions that expand their global capabilities.
John M attended Brigham Young University from 1981 to 1984, studying International Business. John also obtained a certification in Crucial Conversations from VitalSmarts in March 2008.
