Amith Srivastava

Amith Srivastava is an experienced data engineering leader with a robust background spanning over 19 years in various prestigious companies. Currently serving as the Senior Leader of Data Engineering & Platforms at Cruise since July 2023, Amith has developed a comprehensive platform roadmap to enhance data observability. Prior roles include Sr. Manager of Data Engineering at Meta, where Amith focused on analytics for people and recruiting products, and Director of Engineering at Microsoft, where Amith pioneered a data ingestion service and developed strategies for a secure big data system. Prior experience at Amazon involved leading migration projects and designing big data platforms, while earlier roles at Morgan Stanley, Gartner, GMAC Insurance, and SUPERVALU encompassed data pipeline development and team leadership. Amith holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University.
