Jamie Morgan

Jamie Morgan is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leading recruitment strategies for major technology companies. Currently serving as Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Cruise since November 2020, Jamie previously held multiple leadership roles at Microsoft from April 2005 to November 2020, including Global Talent Acquisition Leader and Global Talent Acquisition Director. In these roles, Jamie developed inclusive hiring programs, optimized candidate sourcing strategies, and managed large teams to fill thousands of positions annually. Before Microsoft, Jamie worked at various organizations including Intel, Cisco Systems, and Kaiser Permanente, and holds a BA in Communication from UC Santa Barbara and a Master's in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
