Kanchan Ghosh

Kanchan Ghosh is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in program management, operations, and engineering across leading technology companies. Currently leading the Autonomous Vehicles Platform program at Cruise, Kanchan oversees all aspects of design, development, and deployment of autonomous vehicles. Prior to this role, Kanchan founded and managed Vriddhi LLC, providing consulting services in business strategy and engineering operations. Experience at Google involved restructuring business operations for data center hardware scaling, while a significant tenure at Juniper Networks included leadership positions overseeing engineering and business operations with substantial revenue impact. Educational qualifications include an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, supplemented by a Master’s from Louisiana State University.
