Vyacheslav Larikov

Vyacheslav Larikov has extensive work experience in the automotive industry, primarily with Volkswagen. Vyacheslav currently holds the position of Head of Production System/Projects at Volkswagen Sachsen GmbH since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Industrial Engineering at Volkswagen Group Rus starting from March 2019. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a member of the Production System and Industrial Engineering team at FAW-Volkswagen. Earlier in their career, they held roles in Production System and Lean at Volkswagen Group Rus from 2010 to 2016, and as a HR Specialist at Volkswagen Group Rus from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, they briefly served as a member of the Produktionssystem Marke VW team at Volkswagen AG in 2015.
