Amy Madson is the Owner and Vacation Specialist at Dream Vacations Madson & Associates since November 2018, where the focus is on planning customized vacations across various experiences. Additionally, Amy has served as a Trainer, Sales Coach, and Grand Opening Specialist at TrainerTainment since February 2015, providing solutions for business enhancements in the Family Entertainment Center industry. With extensive expertise as a Cruise and Vacation Specialist at Cruises Inc. since August 2002, Amy has been recognized as an Elite Cruise Counselor. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Cool de Sac and as General Manager at Namco Cybertainment - Pac-Man Cafe @ XS Orlando, among other roles in the entertainment and hospitality sectors. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Eastern Illinois University.
