Melissa Heighway

Melissa Heighway is an experienced professional in the life insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of Life Underwriting at Crump Life Insurance Services since September 2010. In this role, Melissa provides leadership and guidance to the underwriting team, focusing on the development of skills related to complex impaired risk cases and collaborating with sales and operations on strategic planning for institutional account relationships.
