Dr. Reginald Freeman

Dr. Reginald Freeman is currently the Chief Risk Officer at HAI Group and the Chief Executive Officer at The Freeman Group LLC. Dr. Reginald also serves as a Program Chair and Adjunct Professor at Capitol Technology University, as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Florida and Anna Maria College, and as a Member of the Board of Directors at NFPA. In the past, Dr. Reginald has held positions such as Fire Chief at the City of Oakland and Director of Training at the Caribbean Association of Fire Chiefs. Dr. Freeman holds a PhD in Emergency & Protective Services, an M.S. in Executive Fire Service Leadership, and various other degrees and certifications.
