Michael Schmalz

Michael Schmalz has extensive work experience in the financial services industry, starting as a Regional Quality Assurance Manager at MBNA America in 1994. Michael then worked at Waypoint Bank as Vice President of Business Improvement from 2000 to 2005. In 2005, they took on roles at Crump Group, Inc. as Director of Finance and at Crump Life Insurance Services as Vice President of Institutional Sales and later as Director of Institutional Accounts until 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Manager at The BISYS Group, Inc. in the Business Analysis Group from 2005 to 2007.

From 1992 to 1998, Michael Schmalz attended Penn State University where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
